ONE STORY

There is a story in each of us, and it deserves to be told. It's like a thread linking our past and present lives. This flat was taken over by a new owner in a completely neglected state. During our research we discovered an old oak parquet floor and decided to restore and re-lay it. This is how the history of the past and the present became intertwined and this living space breathed new life into itself, harmonising the old and the new.Эта квартира перешла в руки нового владельца в совершенно запустевшем состоянии. В процессе ее исследования мы обнаружили старый дубовый паркет и приняли решение его отреставрировать и заново уложить. Так переплелась история прошлого и настоящего, и это жилое пространство вдохнуло в себя новую жизнь, гармонично сочетая в себе старое и новое.

Taking into account the architectural characteristics of this flat, initially limited rooms and narrow corridors were transformed into a spacious and functional space. During the design process, special attention was paid to the optimal utilisation of each area, ensuring efficient and aesthetically pleasing zoning.

The use of black is perceived as a dynamic accent, adding strength and elegance to the overall palette. Its presence emphasises contrast and depth, creating a unique play of shades and visual harmony. In this context, black becomes a key element that actively interacts with the surrounding colours and textures, giving the space an expressive and contemporary style.
